What Erdogan gave Putin for his birthday

Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan gave his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin a vase for his birthday, said Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov. He previously told reporters that Erdogan specially sent Putin a gift for his birthday on October 7. Ushakov clarified that it was “a good Turkish gift.”

“I can say that this is a beautiful vase,” Ushakov told journalist Pavel Zarubin, speaking about Erdogan’s gift.

“The President of Turkey himself asked for this gift to be delivered before his telephone conversation with our president. Therefore, somehow special attention was drawn to this,” added the assistant to the President of the Russian Federation.
