"Former member of the Central Committee of Ukraine Vigen Kocharyan and current member Hayk Grigoryan are being transferred to the Court of Cassation. Kocharyan - civil chamber, Grigoryan - criminal. The Central Committee presented 3 candidates to the National Assembly, among them Kocharyan, who has been inactive for several months, his term of office expired on June 25. During 5 years, he obediently served the existing authorities, so it was expected that he would not be left idle. According to the law, 2 more candidates were presented, "pravadniks", Shirak Marz judge Gurgen Malkhasyan and Yerevan Center notary Atom Hayrapetyan.
And Hayk Grigoryan, the former head of the Investigative Committee, became a member of the Central Committee in 2022. in December for a period of 5 years. Grigoryan's "pravadniks" are Yerevan judges Hovhannes Avagyan and Nelly Baghdasaryan. By the way, there are reports that Tigran Yegoryan, the lawyer of the heart of the authorities, will fill the vacant post of a member of the Central Committee of Ukraine.
