The Ministry of Economy has submitted a public discussion to the draft assessment of compliance assessment documents and the requirements for the implementation of compliance with the territory of the Republic of Armenia and its submission of compliance to the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
In case of importing compulsory assessment to the Customs Union, the Customs declaration must be accompanied by the Certificate, Declaration of the Certificate of the Certificate of Certificate, a state registration certificate on the requirements of the EEU technical regulations.
The importer for internal consumption or circulation in the EEU area should present a certification document defined by the Technical Regulation, which should be provided by the Compliance Assessment Authority included in the United East Registration Bodies (Certification Bodies and Test Laboratory).
At the time of imports, if the accordance with the compliance assessment of the TECHNICAL REGISTRATION IN ARMENIA, the product is stored in the customs warehouse before the impact assessment of the compliance assessment document will be provided.
In particular, the importer must be awarded a protocol on the test laboratory on the joint registry of the Customs Compliance Institute, which is provided by the certification body of the Certification Body (compliance certificate or declaration).
According to the draft states that are not provided by the Compliance Document, which is not available in the United NEA member, the United States of the Republic of Armenia, the product is again stored in the customs warehouse before the importer will provide a compliance assessment document without testing.
