Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived at the site of the “Interrelation of Times and Civilizations” forum in Ashgabat, where he will speak at the plenary session, a RIA Novosti correspondent reports. The forum is being held in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. The event is dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the Turkmen classic, poet-thinker Magtymguly Fragi. Representatives of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and a number of other states are invited to it. As the Kremlin noted the day before, the event can become “a political, ideological, moral platform for building a broad and respectful international dialogue.”
