I appreciate Baku's statement as a barrier to the RA constitutional reforms.
Arman Yeghoyan, Chairman of the NA Committee on European Integration, said about this, referring to Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov that Baku expects "Armenia to refuse territorial claims to make a difference in the constitution."
"Azerbaijan's representatives, knowing how to react to Armenia, are trying to prevent constitutional reforms in Armenia," he said.
"Fifteen of the draft peace agreement have been agreed, 2 are not agreed, and none of them treats the RA Constitution."
