Being part of the EU, the countries are obliged to have appropriate institutional systems that allow them to develop in a normal, normal way, in which case both the states and their citizens are protected.
Nina Karapetyants, president of "Helsinki Association" NGO, human rights defender, expressed that point of view, referring to the developing relations between Armenia and the European Union.
Nevertheless, Karapetyants noted that the development of RA-EU relations is not yet at a satisfactory and satisfactory level, because proposals are visible in practice, but the necessary actions are not being taken by Armenia, which is related to our security problems, internal and external challenges. We need a lot of effort because the aforementioned process involves a lot of responsibility and burden. Only participating in meetings and receiving serious delegations in Armenia is not enough," said the chairman of the "Helsinki Association" NGO.
