Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelopinsky has refused to sign an agreement on transferring 50% of his country's subsoil to the United States.
This was reported by The Washington Post Josh Rogin on his X social network, citing a number of anonymous participants of the Munich Conference.
According to the journalist, several lawmakers have said that the delegation of the US Congress (USA) has donated a "paper leaflet" and wants the Ukrainian leader to sign it.
Rogin added that this is a document that Ukraine will have to provide the United States on the rights of 50% of Ukraine's mineral reserves.
"Zelensky refused to sign politely," said Rogin.
