Voting for presidential elections in Abkhazia


The vote of the presidential elections in Abkhazia, the preliminary results of which will publish the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) tomorrow, February 16, a statement will announce about the election results within three days.

The voting took place in 152 polling stations in Abkhazia and in two Russian polling stations, Moscow and Cherkesk.

The Central Electoral Commission has already officially recognized the elections, as the participation of voters at least 50 percent of the permissions exceeded the participation of voters as of today's local time.

Five candidates are running for president.

Adjur Khurhumal.
The one who will collect more than half of the votes will be considered elected. However, according to experts, it is unlikely that anyone will succeed in the first stage.
