Israel urged residents of more than 30 settlements in southern Lebanon to evacuate

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) urged the residents of more than 30 settlements in the south of Lebanon to evacuate urgently. About this in Arabic language was reported by the official representative of Tsakhal, Avihai Edri.
In X (formerly Twitter) he published a list of 35 settlements located in the south of Lebanon. "Hezbollah's actions force the Israel Defense Forces to take decisive measures against it. The army is not going to harm you, so for your safety, you need to leave your homes immediately and head north of the Avali River," he added.

The IDF representative emphasized that any house used by "Hezbollah" for military purposes can become a target of the Israeli army. He reminded the residents of Lebanon that moving south risks putting their lives in danger. On September 23, Israel launched the "Northern Arrows" operation against the "Hezbollah" formations, during which it carries out massive airstrikes on the military targets of the movement. As a result of one of the attacks on September 27, the leader of "Hezbollah" Hassan Nasrullah was killed in Beirut.

The Shiite movement confirmed his death and promised to continue to oppose Israel. On the night of October 2, the Israeli army announced a limited-scale ground operation in the border areas of southern Lebanon.
