The EU is on the verge of fall, and they will not think about how to rescue a state that has nothing to do with them, the Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Maria Zakharova stated in the prospect of Armenia's EU membership.

According to Zakharova, there will be no exceptions for Armenia, "they will not pay instead of Armenia."

"No one in the European Union is talking about increasing investments, they are a serious economic crisis," he said.
