"As a result of the official contacts of the Armenian National Committee of Canada and the Canadian Foreign Minister Melani Jolie, the Armenian National Committee received the writing of the Armenian National Committee, which focused on the protection of the rights of Artsakh-Armenians and the security issues of the Republic of Armenia.
In particular, against the background of Armenian prisoners of war and former false trials of Artsakh, Minister Jolie strongly condemns Azerbaijan's aggressive rhetoric and calls for.
- unconditional release of all Armenian prisoners of war and arbitrarily detained ethnic Armenians kept in Azerbaijan,
- Respect for Armenia's sovereignty and territorial integrity,
- Safe and dignified return of Armenian civilians to their native lands,

The settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict through the OSCE Minsk Group's process, the principles of the Helsinki Final Act, in line with the need to exclude a fair and sustainable peace, the use of force and its threat, and the right of territorial integrity and self-determination.
This position of Minister Jili corresponds to the political priorities of the Canadian Committee of the Armenian Cause. Within the framework of its political priorities, the commission continues its work with both the executive and legislative authorities of Canada.
