The situation with Belarus did not change after the elections on the border. The statement came from Andrei Demchenko, a representative of the Ukrainian border guard service.

"We do not change any change in the situation on our border in Belarus," he said during the Ukrainian telethon.

Demchenko added that there are currently enough subdivisions on the Belarusian side of the border, "which can create groups threatening the country."
