Pashinyan himself refused Nagorno Karabakh, although the then president of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, was ready to agree that this is an area where Armenia will have serious influence.
This was announced by the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko.
"Putin and I were amazed when, after losing the war, Pashinyan announced that Stepanakert and all of Karabakh are the actual territory of Azerbaijan," said Lukashenko.
He mentioned that he called Putin and asked if he heard what he said.
