On August 30, at 1:59 p.m., the Syunik Regional Operational Management Center received an alarm that a truck had overturned in the area of a mine in the city of Qajaran. The incident was reported by the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
A combat crew from the fire and rescue squad of the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Rescue Service left for the scene.
It turned out that the BelAZ truck rolled down about 70 meters from the bends of the road and overturned, as a result of which the driver died.
Rescuers removed the driver's body from the blockage."
