"For 4-5 days, the Russians have been moving the property of the barracks from Voskepar.
For 4-5 days already in the administrative area of Voskepar village, on the edge of the interstate highway, there are "vans" standing. They move the modules of the destroyed Russian barracks.
The residents of Voskepar do not know where they are moving these modules, some think they are moving them to Ararat, while others think they are moving them to Russia.
The Russian military appeared in the Golden Ball at the beginning of August 2021.
From the beginning, the Russian military lived in one of the abandoned houses on the edge of the village, then they built a barracks from prefabricated modules. A similar barracks was also assembled in Aygepar village of Berd community, in the area of the former small airport.
It was supposed that the Russian military was supposed to participate in the border demarcation works in that part of the border with Azerbaijan, but they did not participate."
