The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia responded to the accusation made in the Russian Federation about the "Jermuk Group"

The RA Ministry of Economy reports that the RA Food Safety Inspection Authority has proven that "Jermuk" mineral water meets the requirements set by international standards and is intended for use in food.

"Filing a lawsuit against any company is a matter within the discretion of the person or his successors, which the ministry cannot comment on.

As for the actual content of the claim, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications presented the relevant evidence to the Russian side, based on inspections, which proved that "Jermuk" mineral water meets the requirements set by international standards and is intended for use in food. The Armenian side's evidence is sufficient. is evidence that the bans applied to "Jermuk" CJSC throughout the Russian Federation have been lifted.

We believe that a fair trial will once again prove the company's innocence," the RA Ministry of Economy said in a statement.
