The rescue service informs that there are closed and impassable highways in the RA territory.
The highways leading from the "Amberd" high-mountain meteorological station in Aragatsotn marz to Kari Lake and Amberd Castle are closed.
The Artashavan-Tsilkar highway and the bends of Spitak are closed for trucks. Vardenyats mountain pass (it is bumpy) is difficult for trucks with a trailer.
There is ice in places in Syunik marz, Artashat city, Vedi, Aparan, Aragats regions and Yerevan-Artashat highways.
There is snow in Vayots Dzor marz, in Kajaran city, in the area called "Meghru Sar" and on the Gorayk-"Zanger" highway. It is snowing on Aparan-Kuchak and Aparan-Nigava highways.
Drivers are advised to drive exclusively with winter tires.
