"Dear citizens,
if you are a beneficiary of the group of privileges of the unified ticketing system of public transport and you have difficulties using a computer or a mobile phone, starting from 08.01.2025, every day from 10:00 to 21:00 Telcell company service points will be open in the next few days, the service of privileged groups will also be carried out in the buildings of the administrative regions (district administrations), which will be additionally announced.
Through service points you can:
1. get a transport card,
2. pass identity verification to verify privilege availability,
3. in case of confirmation of access to the privilege, purchase a ticket package by attaching it to a bank or transport card with the possibility of physical contactless payment.
To buy a ticket with a privilege, you need to approach service points with an identity document and a public service license plate.
A guarantee amount of AMD 500 is paid when purchasing a transport card. You can get the money back if you return the card. The return must be made at Telcell service points.
In case of purchasing a new transport card, it should be taken into account that it will be activated within 3 hours after attaching a ticket package to it.
