"We live in times full of various anxieties. The consequences of political, economic, climate and many other crises and wars have created an atmosphere of despair and uncertainty everywhere. An uncertain situation and desperate atmosphere has been created for Armenia due to the loss of Artsakh as well," the message says.

"It is necessary to unite the national forces and fight with faith and firm determination against the threats to our homeland and existence. The strengthening of Armenia should become the highest value, and the restoration of the Armenian communities of Lebanon and Syria should become a national priority.
