Russian President Vladimir Putin sent congratulatory telegrams to the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and the third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, on the occasion of the New Year and Christmas holidays.
This was reported by the press service of the Kremlin. Putin, as usual, also congratulated former President of Kazakhstan Norsultan Nazarbayev and former Chancellor of Germany Gerhard Schröder. The head of Russia always congratulates the former presidents of Armenia on their holidays and birthdays.
