Following the instructions of the curator, the attacker took out an improvised explosive device from the cache in the Moscow Region. The bomb, with a capacity of about one and a half kilograms of TNT, was disguised as a portable speaker and was equipped with a magnetic mount, as well as destructive elements in the form of metal balls.
