RA Ministry of Health "Prof. Samvel Danielyan, the Director of R.H.Yolyan Hematology Center CJSC, was presented with a release order by the Minister of Health. Gevorg Tamamyan, head of the Children's Cancer and Blood Diseases Center of Armenia, head of the Department of Hematology and Pediatric Oncology of YSU, and director of the Immuno-Oncology Research Center, mentioned this on his live Facebook broadcast, who also wrote an application for release.
Referring to the reasons, Tatamyan said: "Dr. Danielyan continued to hold office until the beginning of June, after that he would not continue his duties, there would be a new competition, he himself had not presented his candidacy.
The point is that a few days ago, Dr. Danielyan went to Ssbazan's march and greeted him. Naturally, this caused shockwaves among our top management. I suppose that after that, such a demand was put before the minister that the issue should be resolved very urgently.
They did not wait for 20 days for Mr. Danielyan's term of employment to end, and they decided to present a dismissal order in such a bad way," he noted.
Tamamyan also announced that even in Russia doctors are not fired for publicly speaking out against the war in Ukraine.
