China will help protect Syria's territorial integrity and restore stability in the country. This was announced by Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi during a conference dedicated to the international situation and Chinese diplomacy.

"The situation in Syria has changed suddenly, China will continue to support the Syrian people and help Syria protect its sovereignty and restore stability," Wang said, adding that China opposes terrorist groups taking the opportunity to create chaos in the country.
