Telephone connections have stopped working in Aleppo as a result of terrorist attacks on the telecommunication infrastructure. This was reported by the national operator of Syria, Syrian Telecom.

"Syrian Telecom is forced to inform the residents of Aleppo that communication has been suspended as a result of terrorist attacks on telephone exchanges in the central and northern regions," the statement published on the operator's Facebook page says.
