We say that there are narrow personal conversations, the investigator assures that they will use only the information that will relate to the given criminal case. A digital search is being conducted, all the information is handed over to the investigator," he said.
The lawyer mentioned that the KP issued a statement stating that no one is saying what kind of information it is about, and how that informant got into the KP department.
"Until then, they show Hovik Aghazaryan the file, they show him private conversations, they say that his family members will find out about it if he does not give up the mandate, but Hovik Aghazaryan says that he will not give up the mandate as a result of any pressure.
Now the question arises: how did that file, which is a pre-examination secret, appear at the meeting of the department? It's just that someone found out about the content and informed Pashinyan about it," concluded the lawyer.
