RA Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan wrote on his Facebook page:
"One of the most significant achievements of the current Armenian government system is that smart, knowledgeable people who have achieved success with their own diligence and dedication and are inspired by the spirit of service are appointed to the highest positions.
This, in addition to all the positive aspects, is also a good example for our young generation, who should work on self-development and self-education every day.
I congratulate Eduard Hakobyan and wish him good service in this extremely responsible job," he wrote.
