Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze presented candidates for the posts of ministers of foreign affairs, justice and agriculture. Maka Bochorishvili, who until now occupied the deputy seat, has been nominated for the post of head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She will replace Ilya Darchiashvili in this position.
The Ministry of Justice will be headed by the former chairman of the parliamentary committee on legal issues, Anri Okhanashvili. His predecessor was Rati Bregadze. The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture will be headed by David Songulashvili, who previously served as Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Sectoral Economics. He will replace Otar Shamugia. Irakli Kobakhidze thanked the former ministers for their service and wished good luck to the new candidates. Earlier, Georgian Dream announced that they would again nominate Kobakhidze for the post of prime minister.
