The executive has adopted the RA draft law "On ratifying the loan agreement between the Republic of Armenia and the OPEC International Development Fund "Second Green, Resilient and Inclusive Development Program".
According to the loan agreement, it is planned to provide RA with a budget support loan worth 50 million euros.
The program's reform framework includes, in particular, the following measures: Promoting Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation and Improving the Regulatory Framework for Environmental Management, Increasing the Effectiveness of the Anti-Corruption Framework and the Justice Sector, Strengthening Equality and Promoting Human Capital Development.
Among the sub-measures of the latter are: supporting the needs of the new vulnerable group of refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh, improving the quality of medical services.
