Public-politician Edgar Ghazaryan presented on his Facebook page what he thinks the Armenian-Azerbaijani contract will look like, in particular he wrote:
"Combining the statements of the President of Azerbaijan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and other high-ranking and authorized officials, as well as the reactions and public speeches of the Prime Minister of Armenia, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Speaker of the National Assembly, the Secretary of the Security Council and other officials, logically it is possible to single out the main points of the agreement "On establishment of peace and interstate relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan", which the Armenian authorities keep secret, while talking about their agreement.
1. Establishment of diplomatic relations
2. Adoption of the new Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, renouncing the Declaration of Independence, any references and references to it
3. Renunciation of claims presented by Armenia against Azerbaijan in international courts and obligation not to present new breads
4. Material or territorial compensation of military tribute to Azerbaijan and damages caused during all wars
5. Settlement of Azerbaijanis in Armenia, guaranteeing their safety (also with the participation of third countries), payment of their compensations
6. Termination of the activities of the European Union civilian observation mission or their replacement by representatives of Turkey
7. Bringing to justice the participants of the Artsakh wars, especially outstanding military and political figures, surrendering some of them at the request of Azerbaijan
8. Four enclave territories (3 in Tavush, 1 in Ararat, handed over to Azerbaijan without addressing the issue of Artsvashen)
9. Demarcation and delimitation of the borders according to Azerbaijani demands, while preserving the currently occupied territories
10. Withdrawal of the armed forces from the state border, leaving the protection of the border exclusively to the NSS border guard troops
11. Creation of a neutral and demilitarized zone with a certain depth in the Armenian part of the border, which will also include Armenian settlements and cultivated land.
12. Provision of a corridor connecting Azerbaijan Nakhichevan with at least one railway and two highways without any border and customs control
13. Disarmament and demilitarization of Armenia. Dissolution of combat units of the armed forces
14. Refusal to acquire new weapons
15. Renunciation of all military organizations, alliances and bilateral treaties
16. Establishment of Azerbaijani environmental control over border rivers and other rivers reaching Azerbaijan, fulfillment of their requirements
17. Termination of mining activities (Zangezur combine, Sotki gold mine, Amulsar gold mine, Akhtala mines, etc.)
18. Azerbaijani control over Lake Sevan, physical access of Azerbaijani authorities to Lake Sevan and joint management of its resources
19. Closing the Metsamor nuclear power plant," he wrote.
