What happened in Washington yesterday with the Republic of Armenia accurately corresponds to 2003. I wrote the following analytical assessment:
"Nowadays, the great powers are trying to establish their dominion not by brutal force, but with the skilled use of economic leverage and the dominance of the dominance of spiritual and cultural values. The general rules of great powers, dominion and influence are interesting.

3) to defeat and substitute the state with anti-interests, not on the battlefield, but to turn it into a cooperative, which greatly facilitates its control and direction.
4) skillfully avoid attempts against the most dangerous Akhoyan against attempts to control, with patriotic nationalist feelings. In this regard, military intervention in Kosovo, Chechnya, Afghanistan and Iraq is just confirming the general rule.
