"People". What case is Nikol Pashinyan's bodyguard called to court for?

"Zhoghovurd" daily writes:

"Zhoghovurd" daily reported that the court sent a notice to Nikol Pashinyan's bodyguard Grigor Manukyan to appear to testify.

And for what criminal case are they calling him to court? "Zhoghovurd" daily wrote that the criminal case of throwing an apple at Nikol Pashinyan is in the court of Yerevan city, and it will be examined by judge Arman Hovhannisyan.

Let's remind that on the evening of August 23 of this year, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan went to Rubinyants 2/2 address of Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district to visit his aunt and daughter.

After finishing the meeting, when he left the building, the citizen threw an apple at Pashinyan from the 9th floor of the opposite building. Nikol Pashinyan and his bodyguard assumed that a grenade was thrown in their direction and immediately lay down on the ground. The law enforcement officers searched the Rubinyants 2/2 building for days, looking for that type of apple in people's apartments. Finally, Albert Arstamyan, 71, from Artsakh, was arrested on suspicion of throwing the apple.

After the incident, lawyer Roman Yeritsyan announced that the members of Albert Arstamyan's family (2 daughters and a granddaughter) were taken to the Zeytun police station on the same day against their will and kept until 07:00 in the morning. Grandfather Albert's residence was searched in the presence of young children in order to find apples.

As a result, on the basis of throwing an apple in the direction of Pashinyan, Albert Arstamyan was charged with committing the act provided for by Article 297, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code. the preventive measure of "absence ban" was chosen against him.

The RA Investigative Committee made a decision to declare the end of the preliminary investigation in the case and sent the case to court."

And here, one of the witnesses in the case is Grigor Manukyan, Pashinyan's bodyguard, who was also summoned to court."
