"Armenia's main problem remains the mismanagement of opportunities, time and other resources. We are wasting so much opportunity and energy that it is unheard of in the world.
After independence, we did everything to get around 1.5 million people to leave the country. All of these were value creators. But the worst part is that among these people were thousands of science people.
In the last 20 or more years, hundreds, in fact, several thousand people have studied in the best universities of the world with the American Musk and Armenian Luys programs. but it does not work for Armenia.
I wake up every morning with the thought that I am also wasting my opportunities with my state. I am not using even one percent of the potential that has been assigned to me, because my job is public policies, that is, the problems of public administration, the correct and efficient use of scarce resources. In fact, we have no management at all, everything is gravity.
There is no effective state system and it is because of this that we are not developing, not because of Russians, Turks, Persians or others. I wake up every morning with the thought that maybe one day we will gather with people who know how to think and finally take political responsibility for our own country. Every morning is a new opportunity, but every evening you realize that that day was wasted and the state remained in the same state, but in fact the situation got worse. I am still in Armenia (as long as there is life in me), still I wake up hoping for a chance, that one day we won't miss our chance again.
Days pass, opportunities pass, we also wear out, failing our own life, because we consciously connected it with the life of our failed state, to give it a chance to stand up opportunities don't last forever, just like life, they end at some point.
Come together, engage in politics so that idiots and ignoramuses don't decide for you."
