"Fact" daily writes:
We have had the occasion (and not once) to notice that during Pashinyan's rule and especially in the recent period, operational (functional) nullification and discrediting of almost all state structures is taking place.
Basically, all state bodies in Armenia serve only one purpose: to serve the interests and whims of Nikol Pashinyan, to persecute everyone who dares to say "sour words" to him.
The other day, a completely logical question arose regarding how the official video of the Border Guard Forces of the NSS (taken by their video recording device at the Zvartnots airport) appeared in the media as a means of government propaganda.
Yesterday, Nikol Pashinyan made a stunning statement in this regard. "The NSS employee can decide anything, to leak or not to leak, what is the problem there?" In other words, it is the information he possesses, he will leak it, he will not leak it. Those competent persons who have the authority to make these decisions can make..."
Did you understand? In other words, the "NSS employee", it turns out, is fully autonomous, can decide on his own what to do with the information (information, photo, video) that has become known to him due to the service. Will he upload it on YouTube, will he publish it on Facebook?
The head of the CP has such an idea about the work of the NSS, or, more precisely, aims to normalize such an idea, to consider it a normal thing. Seriously? And if the NSS employee decides that he should possess this or that information as he wishes, let's say sell it to someone, is that normal?
After all, according to Pashinyan, the NSS employee decides on his own how to deal with it. That's nonsense, of course. Even more so in the case of the NSS, where clear regulations for collecting, coordinating, analyzing and storing information have been developed and polished for decades.
There is no such thing as the information made known by any NSS employee due to the service, and even more so, the video recording of a service nature appears in any media at the request of any NSS employee. Generally, anywhere other than permitted by law.
And if such an incident happened, then the activity of such an "employee" should at least have already been suspended, and his action should have become the subject of official investigation. It won't happen, because any NSS employee can't do such a thing on his own, without instructions...
Yes, by the way, once upon a time, Nikol Pashinyan used to do "little things" in connection with any illegality. Now, that's all, he directly says: what they did, they did it well, that's how it should be.
It's very interesting, isn't it?
