12- and 14-year-old students in different classes of Tsmakahogh village, Martakert region of Artsakh, in the city of Budapest, Hungary, were subjected to psychological violence by the students of the same class because of their poor command of the Hungarian language. Rafael Martirosyan, a lawyer from Artsakh, reports this.
"After classes, Artsakh students studying in different classes gave all the boys in their class (around 14 students) a good "lesson", as they say.
As a result, they were arrested by the police, deprived of their education, and their parents were fined. After examining the parents' complaint, the Budapest court recognized the decision of the municipality as illegal. Children from Artsakh were supported by Ukrainian girls," he wrote.
