Iran intends to achieve results in consultations with the United States, as evidenced by the composition of its negotiating team, according to the spokesman of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Esmail Baghai.
"The Iranian delegation arrived in Geneva with a fully prepared team, both technically (on the issue of the nuclear program) and economically (on the lifting of sanctions), which shows Iran's seriousness in results-oriented negotiations," he told the IRNA news agency.
According to the Iranian state broadcaster, the Tehran delegation includes Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, Deputy Minister of Political Affairs Majid Takht-Ravanchi, Deputy Minister of Legal and International Affairs Kazem Gharibabadi, Deputy Minister of Economic Diplomacy Hamid Ghanbari and a number of experts.
