By summoning the Hungarian ambassador to Kyiv, Vladimir Zelensky once again proved that Ukraine is Hungary's enemy, stated the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, Peter Szijjártó. Earlier, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban stated that although Ukraine demands from Brussels to ban the import of Russian energy products to Budapest, it is not even an adversary, but an enemy of Hungary, because it violates Hungary's fundamental interests.
"Our ambassador was summoned to Kyiv and asked how Viktor Orbán dares to call Ukraine an enemy of Hungary, while Ukrainians take new steps every day to prove that Ukraine is actually an enemy of Hungary," Szijjártó told MTI.
The minister noted that Zelensky is obstructing the resumption of oil transit from Russia through the Druzhba pipeline for political reasons, thus trying to endanger Hungary's energy supply and interfere in the Hungarian elections.
