The United States has actually stopped the energy aid of about 250 million dollars previously promised to Ukraine. It was reported by the Reuters agency.

According to two sources, the delay in energy aid this time appears to be due to bureaucratic confusion and internal disagreements within the US federal government, rather than an attempt to pressure Ukraine.
