In his address to the EU foreign ministers, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sibyga stated that there is no alternative to sanctions against Russia. The corresponding post appeared on his social network page.

He called on Western allies to impose sanctions against Russia, targeting the so-called "shadow navy" and oil companies. He said that the 20th set of restrictions should be strong.
