A brawl took place during the discussion of the bill at today's plenary session in the Parliament. At the same time, protests against the adoption of the bill continue in Tbilisi. The President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, has announced that she will use her veto right.
Earlier, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze announced that the parliament will adopt the controversial bill "in accordance with the rational will of the majority of the population of Georgia".
