During the inspectors of the Yerevan Center for SMBat Simonyan, the RA Food Safety Inspection, the production of the acetic acid bottling plant (Yerevan, Nubarashen) found that the production processes were conducted here in violation of the established requirements for food hygiene.
This was reported by SATM.
In particular,
- Design, structure, layout and size of production buildings.
- The surfaces of the plant's floors, walls were made of waterproof, washing, disinfected materials, in particular, the bottling of the bottling of acetic acid.
- The internal surfaces of the roofs were covered with polyethylene coverage, which did not prevent the accumulation of dirt and the occurrence of mold,
- Accessories and containers, which were in direct contact with food, were not built of materials that meet hygiene requirements.
The production activity of fish processing, acetic acid bottling plant has been suspended, a deadline is set to eliminate the detected violations.
