Davit Gharibyan, deputy director of the "Legislation Development Center" foundation, participated in the sixth session of the Republic of Armenia-European Union Trade Partnership Committee in Brussels, presenting the position of the Armenian side on the provisions related to dispute resolution. "On the European Union side, the session was chaired by Marko Duerkop, responsible for European and Eastern Neighborhood Affairs of the European Commission's General Directorate for Trade Affairs, and on the Armenian side, Narek Hovakimyan, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia. During the session, the parties discussed the trade and trade-related aspects of the RA-EU Comprehensive and Extended Partnership Agreement. the activities implemented within the framework of cooperation and the corresponding road maps.
Then, during the session, under the "Dispute Resolution" agenda item, the Committee's decision was signed and the relevant annexes were adopted: Code of conduct, Mediation mechanism, Rules of Procedure documents," the message says. .
