RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made a note.
"1. The statements of the KR and the SS of the last days confirm that the Karabakh issue was in the hands of the known forces just to tie the Republic of Armenia to the "nearest tree". People's rights, historical justice and similar terms were just the main goal for the smokescreen.
2. All negotiation processes and proposals were about shortening the leash (короткий поводок). By the end of the year, the negotiation papers will be published and it will become more visible.
4. The ultimate goal of this process of cutting the leash was to put an end to the statehood of Armenia.
5. In that scenario, the Karabakh conflict should have ended only with the loss of Armenia's statehood.
6. At the cost of the lives of our martyrs, the Republic of Armenia was able to get out of that scenario thanks to the historical intuition of the Republic of Armenia and our people of Karabakh.
7. KR and SS propose to return to that scenario, which was originally written and implemented under the slogan "Lenin, Party, Gorbachev" and most likely under the auspices of KGB.
8. And since their chances are obviously zero, an attempt is being made to form a "cohort of young party Gorbachevs" under the auspices of the old KGB members.
9. Expected result: 0+0=0. PS: Our people of Karabakh should be settled in the Republic of Armenia with the support of the Government. It is true that this is a large-scale, complex and resource-demanding project, but we will continue to implement it."
