On October 17, a car accident took place in Aragatsotn region. Around 9:30 p.m., cars of "UAZ" brand, "Mercedes" brand and "Honda" brand collided on Yerevan-Gyumri highway, in the administrative area of Ujan village.
As reported by shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, 4 people were taken to "Armenia" Medical Center and the other 3 to "Ashtarak" Medical Center.
1 combat unit from the Ashtarak fire rescue squad of the rescue service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia promptly arrived at the scene of the incident.
The fire rescuers cut off the power to the cars, closed the valve of the gas cylinder and performed duty on the spot.
Due to the fact of the accident, criminal proceedings have been initiated in the investigation department, where the identities of the drivers and the injured are revealed.
