14 policemen were injured in clashes with protesters near the presidential residence in Tbilisi, one of them is in critical condition. Georgian Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Alexander Darakhvelidze stated this at a briefing, "Novosti-Georgia" said.
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said that "the state will be very strict to anyone who will raise the police."
"One of the victims is in a difficult situation ... I think that those people who have done such a thing should pray," Kobakhidze said.
