In different parts of the Georgian capital, law enforcement officers have been mobilized to maintain the order related to the opposition's rally, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.
The opposition has previously stated that the election day will hold a "peaceful revolution." The rally will start at 16:00 (at 15:00 Moscow at 15:00) in the center of Tbilisi.
