"Hraparak" newspaper writes:
"Yesterday, the CP faction of 71 people adopted the noisy regulation of border delimitation between Azerbaijan and Armenia with 67 votes, which was defined by the opposition as another document of concessions. Who are the 4 MPs who did not vote in favor of the regulation, when even those who were on a business trip, taking advantage of the opportunity provided by the "National Assembly Regulation" law, left their positions in writing. The written position was expressed by 2 MPs. Vahe Ghalumyan and Sona Ghazaryan. And Arpi Davoyan, Rustam Bakoyan, Eduard Aghajanyan, Mary Galstyan were absent, but they did not convey their position to the National Assembly. We will not be allowed to claim that this is also a certain position or a form of opposition. Perhaps it's just negligence, although it may not be cheap to sit on these people."
