"Hraparak" newspaper writes:
"It is known that before the next national elections, the government will implement changes in the Electoral Code, which has already been put into circulation. It is clear that the government intends to break all the illegal and moral records it has set and, in fact, proposes to establish a provision by which the government, in representative of Nikol Pashinyan, will have the opportunity one or two days after the vote, when the preliminary results of the vote become known, before drawing up the protocol, to declare a state of emergency and call a new vote on that basis. after the start of the period provided for until the moment of summarizing the preliminary results of the election voting and validating them with the protocol, then from the moment of declaring a military or state of emergency, the electoral process is considered to be suspended by force of law, after which the resumption of the electoral process necessarily implies the organization and holding of a new vote." This means , that Pashinyan is not sure that he will be re-elected, so he is making such a change in the law to, say, cancel the results of the elections in the name of demonstrations or border tensions."
