The lawyer of former head of state Jean-Michel Daro stated this on BFMTV TV.
"He does not think about asking for the president, because he intends to prove his innocence," the lawyer said.
According to him, the defense intends to do everything possible to remain as short as possible in Sarkozy.
Darua is also called the former president's judgment unfounded.
