At least 350,000 tents in the central and southern parts of the Gaza Strip must be installed to accommodate the Palestinians who have to leave their homes in the northern part of the Israeli authorities and leave its administrative center, the city of Gaza.
These figures were provided by the representative of the Association of Non-Governmental Palestine Humanities Organizations.
"We need at least 350,000 tents to accommodate refugees from the north of Gaza," he said, as a commentator for the Egyptian TV channel.
So far, the Israeli authorities have been allowed to install a tent less than 1,500 in the Palestinian section. "80,000 crowded tents are ready to move enclave, but Israel has restrictions on their supply," he said. He believes that "this exacerbates the humanitarian crisis in the Palestinian section."
