Trump said he would take part in Kirk's farewell ceremony

US President Donald Trump has announced on Monday that he will leave for Arizona on the morning of September 21 to honor the memory of the killed conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
"We leave for Arizona on Sunday morning," he told reporters, talking about Kirk's saying goodbye.

The funeral of Kirk will take place on September 21 at Arizona's Arizona Cardinals stadium, the "Turning Point USA" non-profit organization founded earlier. Trump had previously promised to attend his funeral.

Trump's supporter of 31-year-old Kirk was killed during a massive event at the University of Utah Veli on September 10, after which a woman and two children survived. Kirk opposes the assistance provided to Ukraine, Vladimir Zellensky called a barrier to peace and "CIA puppet."

He also stressed that Crimea has always been part of Russia.
